Why we exist

Online prescriptions, medical certificates and advice, without booking an appointment.

New Zealand has an access problem. The care exists, but many people cannot see a clinician soon enough, so they wait, give up, or use emergency care for something smaller.

We built Quinn to gather the information first, so a clinician can focus on the decision that matters to you.

What we're trying to do
Become New Zealand's most accessible healthcare provider.

How Quinn helps

Quinn takes your history. Your clinician reviews the plan and delivers care.

Many everyday problems do not need a physical examination. Quinn gathers the history, then a clinician makes the decision. Quindlee improves telehealth; it does not replace your usual clinician. When hands-on care is needed, we will say so clearly.

$9.90 Member consultations

Standard consultations are $29.90. WeCare Members pay $9.90. You pay only if care is approved.

No booked video appointment

Describe your condition to Quinn from your phone. A clinician reviews your history and draft plan.

Clinician reviews every day

Start with Quinn any time. Clinicians review care 365 days a year. Your next review time is shown before you submit.

Why trust Quinn?

Quinn uses trusted NZ medical guidance. Each care option is checked and approved before release. A registered New Zealand clinician reviews your history and approves every prescription, certificate and care plan.

Quinn also has clear limits. If the history suggests an emergency, you're sent to 111. If safe care needs a physical exam, we say so and point you in person. Knowing when not to continue online is part of being safe.

How our care guidance is prepared

Our care options are built from New Zealand clinical guidance and approved by our Clinical Director before release. Sources include HealthPathways, bpacnz, the New Zealand Formulary and Health New Zealand.

Each care page explains what the service covers, when another service is needed and what the possible outcomes are. That information helps you choose a service; your own care decision comes after a clinician reviews your history.

Quinn is an AI assistant. It gathers your history and prepares a draft for review. Your clinician remains responsible for treatment and the documents they sign.
